About Me
I have always loved talking and listening to people and have always been someone who friends and colleagues came to when they had challenges in their work or personal lives.
Before training as a coach, I had several diverse careers spanning different industries. For eleven years, I was the MD of an American organisation, a role that involved motivating people and resolving interpersonal problems not only in-house but within a wide variety of organisations.
For me, coaching was a natural transition. I really enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. I am very intuitive as a coach but also I draw upon a wide range of skills and training and am able to offer coaching in a variety of areas that I have great deal of experience in. Through coaching I love helping people to move through challenging times in their careers lives and relationships.
I am an accredited Master Coach (MECI) based in central London. I have taken many different coach training courses over the years from life coaching and corporate coaching to relationship coaching and advanced coach training. I have over 9000 hours of coaching experience and I am also a senior lecturer, mentor and examiner for a leading coach training organisation, Noble Manhattan.
In 1999 I decided to create a portfolio career for myself combining all the things I love doing: coaching, training, mentoring, writing and tour guiding. So in addition to being a coach, I’m also a mentor coach and a trainer. I enjoy developing and delivering training workshops and I also love writing. I am the author of a book and several coaching courses. And just for fun, I enjoy giving guided tours of Paris!
