Corporate Coaching
I work with a wide variety of people from ceo’s and senior executives to graduates who are just starting on their career path based in a range of organisations. Clients come to me via two main routes: either they find me themselves after searching on the web and ask their company to support the cost of their coaching; or a decision maker at the organisation contacts me to arrange coaching for one or more of their staff.
As I specialise in personal transition, I am often asked by organisations to help individuals who are experiencing challenges in either their work or personal lives. Sometimes I work with only one executive within the organisation, sometimes I work with several members of a senior management team and sometimes I facilitate coaching workshops where I help managers to hone their coaching skills. I also offer the service of individual or group mentoring.
Examples of the areas I cover are:
| Managing stress | Improving presentation skills |
| Developing effective coping skills | Improving motivation |
| Developing better management or leadership skills | Addressing work / life balance |
| Improving delegation skills | Assessing career change options |
| Improving personal effectiveness | Preparation for redundancy or retirement |
| Managing change | Managing relationships with subordinates, superiors and peers |
| Improving interpersonal skills |
Coaching is an effective way of facilitating improvements for the individuals involved and the companies that employ them and is extremely beneficial in helping to retain staff.
