Stress is cumulative and unless we do something to reduce stress it can adversely affect our lives. to cope with them that matters. I help people come to terms with change in both their personal and working lives but more importantly to manage the change and grow from the experience. Everyone is different in how they view change in their life and how well they cope is dependant upon many factors. If you are experiencing change which is affecting others around you, it may not always be possible to find help from a source that is totally objective, whose only agenda is to help you to cope with your individual situation.
