Mentoring For Managers
Managers are often required to be coaches or expected to use coaching skills in the workplace. However, the feedback I sometimes receive is that coach training within the organisation is not always provided or that it is inadequate. It is very seldom followed up with mentoring from a qualified coach so that coaching skills are honed and developed and managers are often left wondering if they are coaching well or not. I offer a unique service for managers to enable them to receive feedback on their coaching and hone their coaching skills so that they can become more effective in coaching their staff. I also mentor managers to help them improve the way they handle staff appraisals.
