Cherry coached one of the students to show types of questioning and levels of listening. These are areas that I’ve covered doing the Certificate and Diploma Life Coach Distance Learning courses from Newcastle College. I assumed the demonstration would be quite straightforward, but I soon realised that I was watching a much higher level of coaching than I could hope to attain by purely doing the Newcastle courses. I now realise that if I want to set myself up as a professional Life Coach I will need to take additional training before I reach this level of credibility.
